K-Pop has taken over the world by a storm in the last decade. From movie stars to sports players, everyone has been caught up in the storm. Roger Federer is no different from anyone else in this scenario. After announcing that he will host the Met Gala 2023, Federer attended the ‘Le Gala des Pièces Jaunes’ event in Paris, France. He posted a story about the performance of the K-Pop band BLACKPINK.
Ever since his retirement, Federer has been enjoying his time off and surprising his fans with his likes and hobbies. Recently, he posted a skiing video on his Instagram account with a Taylor Swift song in the background. He left his fans stunned and excited when they found out he was a Taylor Swift fan. In another post, his followers saw him announce his duty as host of the Met Gala 2023, with him showing off his old Met Gala suit.

Federer attended the charity event in Paris on 29th January. The event saw the attendance of many famous personalities, including the performance of the heavily renowned BLACKPINK. They sang alongside French cellist Gautier Capuçon, Swedish violinist Daniel Lozakovich, and a live orchestra. They left fans of the genre dazed after the performance. Federer himself even lauded them and posted a clip of their performance as his Instagram story.

Federer congratulates Novak Djokovic
Novak Djokovic clinched the 2023 Australian Open title after winning in straight sets against Stefanos Tsitsipas. The entire world congratulated him after his victory for breaking his own record of 9 Australian Open titles, although some were siding with Tsitsipas.
The former world number 1, who is just after Djokovic in number of Australian Open titles won, was not far behind in wishing the Serbian. Federer shared the post made by atptour for Djokovic’s victory with the caption “Incredible effort, again! Many Congratulations“.
