Rafael Nadal’s new home is located in Porto Cristo, Mallorca. It’s a place Nadal knows very well, as he was born and brought up there. Iconic architect Tomeu Estuva designed the home. Nadal, whose net worth right now is around $220 million, acquired the land for an estimated $4.3 million, but the value of the property right now remains a mystery. Its location at Porto Cristo’s highest point means that the home will offer the Nadal family some fantastic views of the sea and the port city.

The home’s exterior features a gorgeous garden. It consists of a diverse array of palm trees. It has an olive tree as well. Nadal’s love for greenery is evident from one of the home’s sides, which is completely covered in greens. The greenery plays a functional role as well, as it protects the home’s most exposed portion.
