A few seasons back, the Japanese tennis star, Kei Nishikori, stunned the entire tennis realm by outclassing Roger Federer in the Nitto ATP Finals. Apart from this, the 33-year-old player previously bagged two more victories against the Swiss tennis legend during their meetings in the ATP Masters 1000 events.

Federer isn’t the only one from the ‘Big 3’ in the men’s circuit, who has fallen prey to Nishikori. Even the Spanish tennis legend, Rafael Nadal, has had two defeats against the Japanese star, including their bronze medal matchup at the 2016 Olympic Games. And it is very much the same case for the Serb Novak Djokovic, who has also been outshined by Nishikori twice, most notably at the 2014 US Open semifinal.
