For the last few days, there was something in the house cooking for Nike between John McEnroe and famous rapper Travis Scott. The two popular American stars, who come from different backgrounds, joined hands as Nike came ahead with the launch of their super Nike Attack x Cactus Jack sneakers which are all set to be released in the market on the 19th of December. Now, in a recent revelation, some images of the two wearing the sneakers surfaced online.
However, as soon as the images went viral, fans could not control their emotions as they went ahead to spark their opinion on the unique marketing skills that Nike used to promote their latest collection.

One thing is for certain, the marketing strategies used for the promotions of the latest sneaker ranges were something completely different. The two stars came together in a beef against each other while collaborating with Nike. As soon as the images went viral, fans could not control their excitement as they sparked their views.

Next, this fan came in and finally acknowledged that the beef between the two was just a marketing strategy used by the company to promote the sneaker collection.

Another fan came in and suggested his amusement over the fact the two stars had a huge fight in the video call that surfaced earlier this week. Thus, the fans went all in and sparked their opinion after images of the two standing together while posing for Nike’s latest release surfaced online. While the two were involved in a huge beef in earlier videos that were uploaded, the images showed that it was nothing but a marketing strategy used by the brand.
McEnroe fires up on Travis Scott in a video conference done to promote Nike’s collection
In a recent video shared on Twitter, it was seen that both John McEnroe and Travis Scott were attending the video conference. However, there came a moment when McEnroe seemed to have lost his cool and was clearly taking on Scott. The two were actually discussing the ideal name for the show in a Zoom call which was attended by the officials from the company

While McEnroe wants to call the shoe ‘Cactus Mac’, Travis Scott disagrees with it and does not seem to be fully going in the line with him. This then triggers a bold reaction from McEnroe who says that the name of the shoe should be Cactus Mac only instead of any other name. Scott, on the other hand, seems a little calm and composed. However, he does not seem to completely align with the idea presented by John McEnroe.

Thus, the incredible link-up between John McEnroe and Travis Scott was seen as something great in the making. While the marketing strategies and everything were inches perfect, the final product could not capture the hearts of the fans as they seemed a little disappointed.
