Apparently, this restaurant is originally based in London but seems to be a cult favorite for tennis players as well as fans who dine here, including some legendary names. One who dines here almost every day between his matches is the Spanish tennis star Carlos Alcaraz.

He doesn’t go alone there but makes sure to take his family to this amazing place that he loves. After all, there’s nothing like food to give one a taste of home!

Cambio de Tercio is Carlos Alcaraz’s favorite restaurant as they make fantastic Spanish dishes that are authentic and delightful. The Spaniard loved dining there even when this establishment was in London and now that it has made its way to the pop-up shop of the Australian Open, Carlos Alcaraz is over the moon.

The tennis sensation has been dining here ever since between matches in Melbourne with his family last year. And when he could not go there on his own, he ordered food from Cambio de Tercio to his hotel room. Alcaraz apparently adores Chef Lusa because of his obvious cooking skills and moreover, the restaurant also serves local versions of some of the dishes that they used to serve in London! But they’re tinged with a flavor of Melbourne, of course.

It is not just Carlos Alcaraz out of all the tennis players that love dining here. If you look at the restaurant’s social media page, some of the most prominent names on the circuit have dined here.
