But both tennis players were worn out following the intense opening set. A video from the break between sets has gone viral on the internet, showing the Serbian tennis player shivering, leaving tennis fans confused and alarmed.

Fans react to Novak Djokovic trembling between sets

During the break between sets in his match against the Russian player, Novak Djokovic could be seen shivering and trembling. The Serbian tennis player’s right hand, which he was using to briefly cool down his body, was trembling as he wiped his face. Although it could’ve been an effect of the intensity with which he played the first set, fans had their own theory about the same.

After a video of the same incident went viral, Twitteratis wasted no time in making fun of Djokovic‘s shaking. Here are some of their comments.

Another fan of the Serb dragged Nadal into the conversation, and this brought some sharp criticism.

Not only that, some fans always displayed their concern for the tennis player.

A fan replied, “Low blood sugar maybe.”

The former world number one’s unbeaten record remains unblemished in the ongoing ATP Finals. He will compete against the 25-year-old Taylor Fritz in the semifinals to get a chance to secure his sixth ATP Finals title.
