Giving out the fact that he was inspired by the Spaniard right from his childhood, Rublev said, “I rooted for Nadal the most, because when I was little, I liked him.”

Along with that, he also mentioned how the big threes have defied the negative thoughts of fans, saying, “Everybody was saying, now the time of Roger or time of Rafa or time of Novak, is coming to an end’ and they always proved them wrong.”
