Jamie recently opened up about the rivalry that existed between them during this course. He mentioned, “We were always one of the best in Scotland and the UK, so we were always playing against each other.”

Despite the high competitive levels of the sport, the tennis star also revealed that the rivalry never got to their heads. He added, “We still have kind of bows and stuff on the court, whatever, but it wasn’t like really awkward for us to go play against each other.”

Their sibling rivalry wasn’t just limited to friendly matches. Jamie’s revelation included a mention of their encounters during Davis Cup workouts that hinted at more serious competitions. However, these moments only added more strength to their bond as brothers and competitors.
