Former World No.1 Andy Murray didn’t enjoy a great run at the US Open 2021 as he got eliminated in the very first round. Even though he gave some pretty tough competition to Stefanos Tsitsipas, the Greek player managed to win the match in five sets.

After the US Open 2021, Murray played at the ATP Challenger in Rennes but failed to make a mark there. He lost in the second round and thus, got knocked out of the tournament.

Recently, Andy Murray arrived in Metz, France for a tournament. He met World No.13 Hubert Hurkacz there who got the opportunity to hit the net with the 3-time Grand Slam champion. The Polish player even posted a beautiful picture with Murray after his training session on Instagram.

Murray and Hurkacz have quite a similar kind of gameplay and thus, one often calls the Polish player as Murray’s clone. As a result, Hurkacz looked quite happy after practicing with Murray. He must have got some tips from the British star and will try to play accordingly in Metz.
