There is hardly anyone who wouldn’t have thought that Novak Djokovic could make it into the finals in the Paris Masters. Coming in after winning his 24th Grand Slam, he had high expectations and he managed to stand on them. However, the tournament has not been the best so far for him. Given the medical problems that he has faced and the way he tackled them while crushing down his opponents is something noteworthy.

From defeating Holger Rune in a 3-set-thriller with the score of 7-5, 6-7, 6-4 in the quarter-finals to crushing Andrey Rublev in the semi-finals with the score of 5-7, 7-6, 7-6, he surely had to pull in some extra efforts in this tournament. However, eventually, his efforts paid off.
