In a recent revelation, Nick Kyrgios hit back hard at Boris Becker after he tried settling in the debate. In the interview, the German legend suggested that it is important to respect the legends of the game as they made it possible for today’s generation to not only play tennis but also make a living out of it. Kyrgios then mocked Becker and suggested that he has brought millions of fans into the sport.

He stood firm, saying he’s brought in big bucks and more attention to the sport, unlike Becker. “Bro what, I’ve been one of the FEW PLAYERS that have brought million more fans to the sport and have made more money for everyone NETFLIX…. Don’t remember seeing Boris on there guy is ridiculous. I’ve made my career off the court without the help of the others,” said Nick Kyrgios in his tweet.

Just when everyone thought that it might have ended, but it didn’t. In another tweet that followed, Nick did not shy away from spilling words against Becker while the German asserted respecting the legends of the game. Kyrgios claims to be the most watched player in the last decade apart from the ‘Big 3’

Nick Kyrgios got pretty mad at Boris Becker’s praise for past tennis stars. He said he’s been super popular in tennis, especially beyond the ‘Big 3’ players, bringing loads of new fans to the game in the last ten years. Kyrgios didn’t agree with Becker at all. He argued that he’s made a big impact on tennis all by himself, without owing it to the past legends.

One take at a time

In a world where player rivalries dominate social media conversations, I am someone who prefers to enjoy the skills showcased on the court rather than be involved in feuds over the greatness of players. It turned me into a ?Fedal? fan and eventually, when I graduated from college, this fandom created an interest in covering their exploits on the court.
