Possibly Switzerland’s greatest athlete, Roger Federer, has enjoyed great success on the tennis court. During his career, he won 20 Grand Slam singles titles, which is the second-best among men’s players. Along with playing tennis, he is also one of the richest athletes in 2022, despite being out of the tennis court for nearly a year. During his off time, he produced some of the best commercials for Switzerland Tourism, as their brand ambassador. It seems like his commercials are attracting a lot of people to Switzerland, as famous American talk show host Trevor Noah visited Federer in Switzerland.

Then, Roger reposted this on his Instagram story, praising Noah’s incredible comedy show. “What an entertaining show… Great to see you pal!,” Federer wrote on Instagram.
Notably, this is not the first time they have collaborated. Previously, they played in an exhibition match, alongside Rafael Nadal and Bill Gates in South Africa on February 7 in 2020. The match was a huge success, as it generated more than $3 million and almost 50,000 gathered inside the stadium to witness the match.

After suffering a heavy defeat in last year’s Wimbledon quarter-final against Hubert Hurkacz, Federer went through knee surgery. Since then, he hasn’t played on the tour. Right now, he is still in recovery mode and is most likely to miss the Wimbledon this year.
However, he already announced his return tournament. It will take place on his home soil, in Basel, in October. Before that, he will also make his return to the Laver Cup, scheduled in September. In one way or another, fans are pretty excited to see the Swiss Maestro return on the tour again.
