Fans of the TD Garden in Boston started booing Zverev when he angrily threw his racquet. They didn’t like his gesture and were moreover, frustrated since their home boy, Opelka was losing the match.
One more possible reason for the crowd’s unfriendly behaviour towards Zverev is that he is a huge fan of American Football team, Miami Heats. As a result, Boston fans seemed pretty much hostile towards him.
