The unfiltered and in-your-face, Nick Kyrgios is prepared to set off a new wave of anarchy with his remarks. The 28-year-old pro hasn’t been on the tennis circuit for the entire year, but nobody can miss him because of his opinion on many tennis discussions. In the same way, the 2022 Wimbledon finalist is poised to stir up trouble once again after he made a huge statement in a recent podcast show.

The Australian star, known for his antics, has received a lot of attention for his reaction to being compared to Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic. But this time he sat next to the legendary athlete Mike Tyson to express his flamboyant viewpoint on where he sees himself in comparison to the Big Three.

Kyrgios appeared on the Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson podcast, where he shared his opinion on various subjects. But there was one particular segment that stole the limelight. In between the conversations, the Australian who has played against the big three shared his views on being compared to Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic.

He said, “You know, they’ve done it, you know, kind of a really professional way. But, you know, the way I did it was just, I just had fun with it. And, you know, I didn’t really listen to anyone and I’ve beaten all these guys. So I feel like I’ve had some wild moments as well as I’ve had some huge fines.”

Further, he also talked about how the big three tennis players are super professional, and going against them is something that he enjoyed a lot. Additionally, Kyrgios is one of those tennis players who won their first professional match against the legendary Spaniard at Wimbledon in 2014. Moreover, he also defeated the other two legends, Federer, at the 2015 Madrid Open and Djokovic at the 2017 Mexican Open, in a similar manner.

Apart from this, in the same podcast, he also drew one more comparison, but this time, it was not from the tennis world. Just while having a normal chitchat with Tyson, he also revealed his take on being compared to Dennis Rodman.

Kyrgios shared his view on being called the ‘Dennis Rodman of tennis’

If you are a Kyrgios fan, you definitely know that the 28-year-old is a die-hard NBA fan and is often seen attending Celtics games. Additionally, during the same podcast, the Australian star opened up about being compared to the NBA legend in tennis. He expressed his emotions regarding how it’s pretty cool to be compared with his kind of NBA stars.

Subsequently, he also talked about how he likes Allen Iverson and Dennis Rodman, who are some of the guys who did big in their own way. So, he doesn’t mind being the ‘Dennis Rodman of tennis.’
