He won his second consecutive title at the Delray Beach Open by defeating his compatriot, Tommy Paul by 6-2,6-3 on Monday. A day later, Morgan Riddle posted a video on her YouTube channel reflecting on how the Miamians call her with different names.

With this win on Monday, Taylor Fritz has now become the second player in the history of the tournament to win the title two years in a row. How did his girlfriend reciprocate the love they have got from what seems to be their ‘lucky city’?

In a recent YouTube video, Morgan Riddle said, “I always forget how much I love Miami until I’m actually back here. And all the women here call me ‘My love’ and all the men here call me ‘Mommy’ or ‘My queen‘. But it’s not in a creepy way, in like the most endearing way possible.”

She further went on to share an incident saying, “I realized when we got in that our air conditioner had stopped working. So I had the maintenance guy come, and he fully knows my name. But he’ll only refer to me as ‘My Queen’ and I’m like you know this is the love that I deserve anyway back in Miami. Couldn’t be happier to be back. It’s been a minute, I feel like I have not been here in a very long time.

She then went on to heap praise on the quality of life that the city offers to its people including amazing social scenes and parties. Riddle added that Miami also provides an amazing health and wellness side with some incredible healthy food options and workout classes, beach, and weather.

Morgan Riddle reveals the ‘other side’ in the tennis community

The 26-year-old American influencer is known for posting his daily lifestyle being the girlfriend of an active tennis player. She often travels with Taylor Fritz during the tournaments to support him during the matches. Riddle gets love wherever she steps in, but there are a few exceptions too.

Reflecting on the other side of the tennis community during a podcast with ‘Sportish’, she said, “Some people in the tennis community like hate me, hate me, hate me. They just think I’m the worst thing to ever happen to the sport which is fine.

However, she also highlighted that “But then, on the other side of it, I do have a very strong community in the tennis community.” She said she feels great to bring in a different perspective of the tour in front of her fans.

However, she has been recently subjected to hate, criticism, and social media abuse. Riddle believes there are quite a lot of people who have been supportive of whatever she does, just like Miamians.
