“Can’t Wait to Officially be Your Husband”- Jack Sock Announces Marriage with Girlfriend Lauren Little

2020 has certainly brought some great news for American professional tennis player Jack Sock. The 28-year-old has announced his marriage with girlfriend Lauren Little. The two got engaged last year in December and were expected to get married anytime soon. Surprisingly, Sock informed about his decision on Instagram.

“Life by your side is all I want and need. Thank you for being my best friend and my soulmate. I can’t wait to officially be your husband in 10 days…but until then HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABE. I love you,” wrote Sock on Instagram.

Interestingly, Sock decided to announce his marriage on the birthday of his girlfriend. He seemed quite desperate and enthusiastic for his marriage in the message he wrote on Instagram.

Jack Sock’s future wife Lauren Little is actually a model and a professional dancer. She has also been a cheerleader who started dancing at the age of 12. She also won the Miss North Carolina USA title in 2019.

Before meeting Lauren, Sock was in a relationship with US Open 2017 winner Sloane Stephens. They even played as partners in mixed doubles during different tournaments. However, they split in the year 2016.

Jack Sock in the year 2020

It hasn’t been an impressive year for Jack Sock. He managed to play only one semi-final in the year at the New York Open 2020 with partner Nicholas Monroe.

The Former World No.8 failed terribly at both the US Open and French Open 2020. He reached the pre-quarters of the US Open 2020 with partner Jackson Withrow but could not go past that round.

At the French Open 2020, he decided to pair up with Canadian star Vasek Pospisil. However, the pair lost to Nicolas Mahut and Pierre-Hugues Herbert in the second round only. Mahut and Herbert went on to win the French Open 2020 doubles title. In singles too, Sock lost to US Open 2020 winner Dominic Thiem in the second round.

It has surely not been a year that Sock would have wanted. However, he would hope that his wife Lauren Little would bring extra charm and luck to his professional life as well.
