Carlos Alcaraz is currently in Melbourne playing at the Australian Open. Topspin’s 2k25 announcement as a result coincided with the first Grand Slam of the season. Will the fans get the chance to play at the iconic Melbourne court virtually? Well, although the release date isn’t confirmed yet, the trailer revealed several types of surfaces including grass, clay, and even the hard courts. Hopefully, for the fans, it’ll also get the license from the Australian Open. No tennis superstars were seen in the trailer but the voice in there seemed a lot like tennis legend John McEnroe.

Additionally, being a die-hard Real Madrid fan makes me more connected to my tennis idol-Rafael Nadal, who himself is a huge Los Blancos fan and a contender to become its next President.
