Brad Gilbert, the former coach of Andre Agassi and the current coach of Coco Gauff, is a legendary name in the tennis sphere. Despite his impeccable coaching prowess, he is involved in tennis only to a certain extent. Gilbert also owns his own store where he sells tennis equipment. He often promotes his store on social media. After triumphing in the US Open with his prodigy Gauff, he put coaching on the backseat as he went all out to promote his other ventures.
Gilbert has been in the sport for a rather long time. He began coaching in 1994 and has worked with Agassi, Andy Roddick and even Andy Murray for a while. Now, he is coaching Coco Gauff.

Coco Gauff’s coach goes all out to promote his store
Brad Gilbert is an active person. His daily routine includes scrolling through social media to keep up with whatever is happening in the world. He recently added a video less than 24 hours ago and talked about players not using a dampener, which they should. But before he signed off, he went all out to promote his store.
He said, “I’m feeling good today, it’s Friday. Look over here; lots of sticks. So, good day to come on in; maybe think about getting a new racquet. Arturo’s here, I’m here, Mrs. G will make an appearance. Walt is here. We’ll make a deal today if you want a stick. You got lead play, you got high school play coming up, play-offs, so come on into the nation. This is BG; back at ya later!”

Brad Gilbert gives crucial advice about choosing the right equipment
Although casual players do not require the serious oversight that professional tennis players do, some equipment becomes essential for certain people. A dampener for the strings helps reduce the impact of a shot on the wrist of a player to some degree. Gilbert, in his recent post, advised club players to use a dampener for their own rackets.
“I’m seeing way too many club players, especially those below 4 0, not playing with a dampener. If you’re in a 3-0, 3-5 range, and if you play with any hybrid strings, I think it’s a must to pay with a dampener. I’m a pretty good player, you know, for 62 years young, I play hybrid, but I play a rubber-band dampener. So I think all players should at least be investigating playing with a dampener.”
