Is the long-running animosity between Casper Ruud and Holger Rune coming to an end within their courtroom drama? It’s been two years since both of them confronted each other in a tense quarterfinal clash and grabbed headlines in the wake of a quick handshake. But the biggest question is: after so many years, and after putting up the game of criticism for so long, is the cold war between them over?

Along with Serena Williams‘ ex-coach, Patrick Mouratoglou, Rune was seen enjoying the match as a spectator while one of his biggest rivals faced the final round battle. Looking into that, it won’t be wrong to say that the boys’ war might have come to an end after two years of confrontation and tennis competition.
