The Ballman Project is a collection of NFTs which are inspired by their co-founder, Stan Wawrinka. Players can use their NFTs to participate in virtual tennis tournaments, and they can also win prize money. The company recently shared a post regarding one of its founders. They quizzed tennis fans about some aspects of Wawrinka’s tennis career.

They asked their followers about how many grand slams Wawrinka has won and which ones. Additionally, the best answer would receive a gift from the project. Darren Cahill, Agassi’s ex-coach, gave a hilarious reply to the question. He poked fun at the Swiss player as he first gave the factual details and then stated how he loved beer and had a ‘decent backhand’.

He joked in his comment and said, “3. Beat world #1 in all 3 finals. Future Hall of Famer. Olympic Gold Medallist. Davis Cup champ. World champ target practice player. Butts up specialist. Likes a beer. Loves coffee. Bad joke expert. Decent backhand. Social media pro. Did I win?

The witty response by the coach was enough to win over Wawrinka himself. He replied to the comment with a series of emojis which showed that he was unable to contain his laughter at the response.

Wawrinka’s new venture has a good possibility of reaching the center stage with the jump in NFTs. Further, it can also serve to bring the tennis community together and create a space where tennis fans are more responsive with each other.
