Spanish tennis star Rafael Nadal, who had a phenomenal first half of the 2022 ATP season, couldn’t continue the same momentum into the second half as he was forced to retire before the semi-finals at Wimbledon and subsequently failed to participate at the US Open. Nadal, who was going through an abdominal injury, decided to fly to London to be there for Roger Federer’s last match at the Laver Cup. After spending an emotional evening amidst the cheers and tears from scores of fans at O2, Nadal returned home to be with his wife, who was expecting a baby.

Now, if reports are to be believed, Rafael Nadal and wife Maria Francisca Perello have welcomed a baby boy into the world. While the official announcement is yet to be received from Nadal, various Spanish publications have already confirmed the news.

Reacting to this heart-warming announcement, fans send in congratulatory messages to the Spaniard and his wife. Some of the excited Fedal fans have found hilarious ways to with the 22-time Grand Slam champion.
