Former tennis legend Roger Federer revealed that he is not completely away from his favorite sport. It has been almost one and a half years since Federer’s retirement. After that, this Swiss tennis maestro was spotted prioritizing his children and wife. Federer also spoke about doing his favorite things now which he missed out on due to his professional tennis career’s hectic schedule.
While Federer spoke about enjoying his family time, he was also spotted having a gala time with family at the Miami Open and Wimbledon last year. Now he finally spoke about how he can’t keep off from tennis for long.

Despite retirement, Federer couldn’t cut off from tennis completely. After all, he has a long association with the sport. Federer said- “I wanted to see how I felt to be as a quidam at a tennis competition. I felt very good. I like this sport and I don’t want to go away from it,”.

Apart from his charity work and tennis presence, Federer was spotted as being a devoted father. He said- “We talk a lot on a daily basis. I see myself as a motivational coach. Sometimes I’m like, ‘Wow, what a great speech Roger!’ And five minutes later, they do the opposite of what I asked them, They have quite a character now. Even if we are very close, it is important that I let them have their experiences. The most important thing is that I pass on the right values to them, especially in today’s ultra-connected world where the internet is omnipresent. I’m trying to be a good father.”
