During her interview at the French Open, Andreeva disclosed that Roger Federer had once been her favorite. However, after witnessing Rafael Nadal’s successful 2022 campaign, her views on the Big 3 markedly shifted.

Andreeva exhibited her admiration for the Big 3 of tennis. Although she holds Federer and Nadal in high esteem, the Russian tennis player did not shy away from commending Djokovic’s playing style. She praised the Serbian’s superb court movement and acknowledged many other qualities that make him a powerful force on the court.

Even though she heaped praises for Djokovic’s gameplay, the Djoker doesn’t feature in the list of her favorite players. At the post-match conference, she shared, “Roger, he has always been my idol. He’s always been my No. 1, but after Roland Garros 2022 when Rafa, won it, I don’t know why, but in my head, everything is turned.”
