Is there something the Spanish tennis legend, Rafael Nadal cannot do? Over the years during his illustrious tennis career, the former World Number 1 has enthralled fans with marvellous displays on the court. Further, he has gone on to win an impressive 22 Grand Slam singles titles during his career. Nadal has proved successful not only on the court but also off the court.
During his prime days, the 37-year-old has built a multi-million dollar empire. The Spaniard has had real estate investments all over the world. Additionally, the 22-time Grand Slam champion boasts of lucrative deals with brands like Nike, Babolat, Richard Mille, and Amstel. Recently, a major update dropped regarding his new business venture.

Rafael Nadal sets off on a new journey
Earlier this year, it was revealed that Nadal was kicking off a new collaboration with $1.39 billion worth Meliá Hotels. A new brand, Zel lifestyle was born as a result of this collaboration. Launched last month, a new hotel was planned in Nadal’s hometown, Mallorca. Now, the first look at his lavish hotel has been revealed.

Talking about his dream project, the Spaniard said, “For me, opening ZEL in Mallorca is a dream come true. As someone who has spent much of my life traveling the world, I wanted to create something refreshing and vibrant that holds true to the traditions of the Balearic Islands.”

As stunning images of the new hotel dropped, they went viral on social media. With lifestyle on one side, the connectivity of the hotel also makes it an attractive destination for tourists. It is only a 15-min drive from Palma, a bustling city in Spain. Additionally, the nearest airport, Palma de Mallorca is less than 30 min drive from the hotel.

Coming to his tennis career, Nadal has been out of action since the Australian Open earlier this year. With age not by his side, it remains to be seen if the Spaniard can make a dream comeback like he has done so many times in his career.
