Novak Djokovic is a man of many talents. While his on-court exploits are no secret, Djokovic is a champ off the court too. Take for example his sponsorship deals. Djokovic is one of the highest-paid tennis players in the world, amassing a massive fortune from off-court activities. Recently, he showed off one of his bizarre skills, but that didn’t go down well with the fans.
The 24-time Grand Slam champion is in Australia where he’s participating at the United Cup. Ahead of his match at that tournament, he did something unusual. As a result, fans weren’t happy with the World Number 1.

Novak Djokovic performs unusual dance moves
Earlier today, the home team Australia faced Serbia in the quarterfinal of the United Cup. Their match was scheduled after the Greece vs Canada tie. As a result, Djokovic was waiting in the changing room for his encounter. While the wait got longer, Djokovic took to some hilarious antics. He stood up and performed bizarre dance moves.

The video of Djokovic performing this act went viral on social media platforms like Twitter (Now X). Thousands of fans reacted to it, with many lot liking his act. Subsequently, Djokovic and Serbia went on to lose the quarterfinal tie, with Australia whitewashing them. This led to further backlash from the fans.

What did fans say about Djokovic’s dance moves?
Djokovic appeared to have a wrist injury during his match at the United Cup. However, one of the fans felt that he was faking an injury after his dance. The fan commented, “Most people with wrist issues will rest the wrist instead of moving it unnecessarily. He really thinks we’re falling for this in big 2024. Even Santa Claus’ existence is more believable.”
