After bidding adieu to competitive tennis, the Hall of Famer has been quite active on his social media platform as witnessed by the recent Q and A session. Boris Becker recently took to his Instagram story, in order to converse with his fans about various on and off-court endeavors.

Meanwhile, one of the fans asked him about the prospect of a “17-year-old Boris” participating in the ongoing grass court major event. The user said, “How fantastic if 17-year-old Boris could time-travel and play at this year’s Wimbledon?!”

It received a cheeky response from the German tennis legend who made a big assertion about playing against the current powerhouses in the men’s circuit. He said, “What a wonderful thought …I would have loved to have played Novak and Carlos in my living room …”

The 55-year-old tennis legend has expressed his excitement about the ‘prospect’ of competing in the British Slam where he already has a number of records under his belt. At the mere age of 17, the former tennis player marked his first triumph at the prestigious Grand Slam event in London. Later on, he added two more Wimbledon singles titles while reaching the finals 7 times during his illustrious journey.

During his recent conversations with fans, the tennis legend also made a big assertion about a thrilling grass court matchup between Djokovic and Alcaraz.

In the Q and A session, Becker was quite intrigued when one of his fans asked about a high-profile clash between Djokovic and Alcaraz. The former ace made his stance clear by saying that the young Spanish tennis star has the prowess to outshine ‘anyone’ in the men’s circuit. However, he also asserted that it would be Alcaraz’s “toughest match” when it comes to a grass-court major encounter against the Serb.
