The former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama was present in the stands to cheer for her countryman during his semifinal match against Carlos Alcaraz.

Further, as Tiafoe won a crucial point during the opening set, he received a thumbs-up from Michelle Obama, who was also quite vocal in her support of Tiafoe.

She and Tiafoe exchanged thumbs-ups with each other while shouting Tiafoe’s name.
