The next win Roger had at the tournament was in the year 2017. In 2017, Roger had already won 2 grand slams and 3 ATP 1000 titles. And this was just the cherry on the cake for him. In the semifinals, Roger competed against Juan Martin del Potro. In the finals, he faced Rafael Nadal. The iconic match between the legends was a memorable one as the 20-time Grand Slam champ once again lifted the winner’s trophy.
