Australia’s star player, Nick Kyrgios, had an unforeseen end to his Australian Open journey; before it even began. Kyrgios is receiving love and support from his fans worldwide. But they aren’t the only ones wishing him a speedy recovery. Kyrgios had to pull out from his Australian Open run early due to an injury in his left knee.

The world number 21 called for an impromptu conference in Melbourne Park to announce his withdrawal from the tournament. This became a huge loss for the Australian national, as he was one of the favorites this year to lift the title.

Supportive comments for Nick Kyrgios from his girlfriend and brother

Recently, Kyrgios posted a picture of him after completing his surgery on Instagram and captioned it: 

surgery complete ✅ I’ll be doing everything I can do get back to my best. to the real ones checking in and sending the vibes…. I love you ❤️”.

Costeen Hatzi “devastated” after Nick Kyrgios’ AO2023 exit

Hatzi, 21, was left devastated after her boyfriend’s exit due to his injury. She posted a story on Instagram after Kyrgios dropped out. The Sydney-based style blogger has been Kyrgios’ biggest support and believes her beau can continue to play at the top level for a much longer time despite his history with injuries.

Hatzi also elaborated saying, she loved watching him play and hopes that he would continue to do so for a few more years. Hopefully he does have a few years left, because I love watching him play and so do so many other people so I don’t think it’s the end right now,” she said in an interview with Daily Mail.

Hatzi’s comments come after Kyrgios revealed his hopes of winning a grand slam singles title as soon as he can and hang up the racket for good. He further elaborated on this mindset, saying as he reaches higher levels, the stress has increased, and he has had difficulty keeping up with it.
