Murray teasingly reminded Federer of an Olympic match in which he had famously cheered against Murray in Stan Wawrinka’s box. The exchange ultimately exposed the competitive spirit and friendly rivalry that exists between the two stars.
According to Tennis Letter’s recent tweet, Murray shared, “It was amazing to have some royalty here. Also some tennis royalty. It was amazing to have Roger here supporting during the event.”
