Tiafoe described it as unusual, highlighting the fact that Foxx has been there for Eubanks. Tiafoe stated “When you’re playing the miami quarters, he (Jamie Foxx) came to watch you (Chris Eubanks) And that’s a dope thing, like he got on the plane to watch Chris Eubanks, and that’s a feeling you can’t buy. Like battling and seeing him in the box like he came to see you, that’s tough”

Eubanks expressed gratitude, talking about how Foxx loves tennis and enjoys talking about legendary players like Jimmy Connors and Ilie Năstase. Eubanks shared, “But then just the fact that he came, I was like he really showed up. He loved tennis. He talks about Jimmy Connors. He talks about Ilie Năstase.”

Foxx’s support for Eubank’s matches symbolized recognition for his achievements, giving him extra motivation and inspiration. Tiafoe shared, “What’s important is not just that he showed up, but that you did something great.”
