Rafael Nadal is back on the tour
Rafael Nadal’s 2022 was going great until the Indian Wells. He won 3 back-to-back titles, one of which was the record 21st Grand Slam at the Australian Open.
This was especially impressive as he came into the hard court season after a prolonged hiatus because of an injury. He even managed to reach the finals at the Indian Wells Masters but sustained a fracture to his ribs. As a result, he has missed a significant part of the clay-court season, which is extremely important for the preparation for the French Open.
