Nick Kyrgios is all praises for the ‘King’ Roger Federer
The ‘bad boy of tennis’ has been away from the tour after picking up knee and wrist injuries. Nick Kyrgios might not be playing any competitive matches, but he is now providing his assessment of many big games and players as an analyst for the Tennis Channel.

Most recently, the controversial player walked through the channel’s ‘Hall of Champs’ as he issued his verdict on some of the tennis greats like Roger Federer. Speaking about the 20-time singles Grand Slam champion, Kyrgios asserted, “I guess, Roger Federer. He’s the guy that you would play in every tennis virtual game at the end in the white vest that you could never beat on hard.”
The Aussie also talked about the Swiss Maestro’s influence on other players while calling him the ‘king’. Kyrgios added, “He’s the reason why every single tennis player picks up a racket. So yeah, he’s the king.” Aside from Federer, the former Wimbledon finalist also gave his assessment of other legendary figures on the men’s tour.

Nick Kyrgios on other players part of the ‘Big 3’ in tennis
During the honest conversation with the Tennis Channel, the Aussie also candidly spoke about the formidable force on the clay surface, Rafael Nadal. While pointing to a picture of the Spaniard playing on his favorite surface, Kyrgios said, “Rafael Nadal. As you can see, he’s on the clay there. So, he is the King of Clay, one of the greatest of all time, and one of the best competitors to ever do it.”
