Paul Annacone, former coach of Roger Federer, has often acknowledged the role of his wife in supporting her husband in his career. He once said, “Mirka doesn’t get enough credit. She’s amazing. However, this time, she got her due credit and made a rare appearance in the documentary. Reflecting on the same, the Swiss Maestro revealed, “My wife hadn’t spoken to the media in fifteen years, so she also said that it is okay to give an interview. So I think that was also very emotional, very nice from her and that’s a little bit of what you can expect if you watch it.

He went on to reveal that this film would also give their kids a chance to see “how their mum was at the time.” Federer then went on to share that when his wife was doing the interview, he gently went into their children’s bedroom and told them that he was officially retiring in ten days.
