Boris Becker, the former world number one, has won six Grand Slam titles in his illustrious career. However, in recent years, the German legend has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Becker has faced numerous legal troubles, including a bankruptcy case for which he served jailtime in England. In a recent podcast interview with CNN, Becker got defensive and insecure when asked about his peers. The interviewer questioned his life choices when compared to Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. Both the GOATs have maintained a nearly clean image throughout their careers.
Despite being a tennis legend, Becker’s response to the question was quite unexpected. He gave a vague and confusing answer that did not address the journalist’s question directly.
