In an interview with Credit Suisse, the former world number one tennis player discusses the attention he received as a tennis player. And also discussed the most vexing aspect of his popularity as a well-known sporting personality which literally irritates him the most.

He stated that he appreciates how everyone wants to preserve a memory shared with him. But as a parent, he found it particularly unpleasant when others try to meddle in his kids’ lives. Or even just take a photo of them.

He said, “Mobile phones can definitely be a problem sometimes. I can understand it when fans pull out their phones to take a photo of me – they might never see me again and want to seize the opportunity. But, as a family man, I get really annoyed when somebody takes a photo of my children without asking.”

The 41-year-old obviously knows how to keep his kids way from the limelight. But, about a month ago, Hugh Jackman shared Swiss maestro’s strategy to maintain work-life balance. It was revealed to him by Federer’s wife Mirka.

Federer believes in keeping his professional losses away from his children

In an interview with Reader’s Digest magazine, the Australian actor revealed an incident about how the tennis legend handles losses on the court. Moreover, he also revealed Federer’s philosophy of handling things as a tennis player and as a father.
