20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer is among the most popular figures in Switzerland. He is also an avid follower of football, supporting FC Basel in the Swiss Super League. While Federer continues to make his comeback to tennis, he decided to visit his countrymen representing the national football team.

The Swiss national team will begin their UEFA Nations League campaign on Thursday against the Czech Republic. However, Federer was present to meet every member of the team, including head coach Murat Yakin at Bad Ragaz (SG).
