Gael Monfils holds a 20-13 win-loss record at Indian Wells and has reached the QF of the tournament in 2016 and 2019. However, he recently took part in a 3-hour, 14-minute-long marathon match against Cameron Norrie in the R32. So, fatigue can play a huge part in his game against an opponent who’s almost 12 years younger than him.
