Rafa assures fans with an update on the unexpected incident

As the only thing that fans looked for was an update on his situation, the legend himself came forward to talk about it after the match. On being asked about the region where he felt the pain, Nadal replied, “Is a very similar place to what happened last year, but different stuff, no? I feel more muscle. Last year was tendon. I feel the muscle tired.”

Along with explaining the nature of the physical issue that he faced during the intense match, he also assured fans that it was different from what happened to him earlier. “I mean, for sure is not the same like last year at all because when it happened last year, I felt something drastic immediately. Today I didn’t feel anything. The only problem is because the place is the same, you are a little bit more scared than usual.” added Nadal.

As the Spaniard assured fans that it was just a temporary reaction, it would still take many good performances for the fans to regain their confidence. Hopefully we will get to see him in full fitness before the AO.
