German tennis star Alexander Zverev‘s recent clay court performance has left his fans in awe. Yesterday in a surprising turn of events, this world’s number five ATP star entered the Italian Open’s finals for the third time. As perfectly put by him “I’ve been here before.” Zverev who won this title in 2017 by beating Djokovic, receives heartwarming support from his TV presenter girlfriend, melting the hearts of many who admire their adorable relationship.

Alexander Zverev’s girlfriend Sophia Thomalla took to her official Instagram profile to share her boyfriend’s recent achievement in Rome with an adorable heart emoji. Thomalla shared the ATP Tour’s official Instagram post, where they congratulated Zverev for defeating Alejandro Tabilo to reach the Italian Open’s finals. “FINAL BOUND ✅ @alexzverev123 comes back from a set down to end Tabilo’s run in Rome and reach his 11th ATP Masters 1000 final! @internazionalibnlditalia | #IBI24″- wrote ATP Tour’s page with an image of Zverev roaring on the clay court after pulling an incredible victory. Zverev defeated the Chilean ATP player by 1-6,7-6, and 2-6 to reach the finals. He will face off against another Chilean tennis star Nicolas Jarry there.

Alexander Zverev’s girlfriend Sophia Thomolla’s shoutout screams only love and affection between these duo. Previously, Thomolla cheered up her famous tennis player boyfriend when he defeated Hugo Grenier at the Madrid Open tour’s second round last year. Thomolla shared a clip of Zverev’s victory on her official Instagram profile and captioned it– “Meanwhile in Madrid.”

Sophia Thomolla, who has been dating Zverev since 2020/2021, has never missed a chance to acknowledge this German tennis player’s contribution to her life. On her celebration of Women’s Day, Thomolla shared a picture of her kissing Zverev on her Instagram profile giving Zverev a tribute.  This world’s number-five ATP star received a great surprise on his birthday when his girlfriend Sophia Thomolla wished him with a cute selfie on Instagram. “Wishing my better half the best birthday ever” – wrote Thomolla.

In Netflix’s documentary Break Point,  fans spotted Thomolla revealing a funny side of her relationship with Zevrev. Referring to Zverev’s habit of being late, Thomolla took a funny dig at her boyfriend and said- “He’s always late in every situation, and I’m losing my mind (laughs). If we get married, he’ll probably come late to his own wedding.”
