Frances Tiafoe flaunts his personalized sporting add-on
Ahead of the quarterfinal, the 2018 Delray Beach Open champion took to his Instagram account to reveal the custom-made Nike sneakers that he will be sporting during the clash against Shelton. He shared a series of pictures from the US Open this year, and all of them had only one thing in common: personalized Nike shoes.
Along with that, he wrote, “Louis Armstrong energy was on a 1000 this year…..SHEESH!!!. Can’t wait to get back in Ashe tomorrow night.” The world’s 10th-ranked tennis player’s shoes, looking through his Instagram, are red with a deep blue collar.

The shoes had “Big Foe” embedded on the back, while the left pair had the player’s name, date of birth, and even the place where he was born scribbled on the side. In addition, just like last year, he is also going to write history, but this time he has his own pair of customized Nike sneakers to wear on the tennis court.

In addition, the Canadian tennis player also talked about how it has her boyfriend’s name on the back, while she looked at it from all angles. However, she wasn’t focused only his customized shoes. Broomfield also talked about his last year’s performance and detailed how he created history as the first African-American player to reach the semi-finals of the US Open.
Now that he is on the cusp of emulating last year’s feat, every fan of ‘Big Foe’ will be hoping that he can finally break the long-standing lack of black Grand Slam champions in tennis.
