Firstly, he went down fighting against the former world number one, Novak Djokovic, in the semifinals of Wimbledon. Then he lost to Andrey Rublev of Russia in the round of 16 of the US Open 2022. Recently, he was also seen gifting a tennis racquet to a fan.

Yesterday on 14th September 2022, Dave Portnoy, an American internet celebrity, took to Twitter and posted a post on Cameron Norrie saying, ?Shoutout to @cam_norrie for giving me his smashed tennis racket after I lost 30k on him at US Open.? This is what I call losing with dignity.?

This particular tweet from Portnoy was in reference to the match that Norrie lost against Harry Styles super-fan, Andrey Rublev, in the recently concluded US Open 2022. As per Dave Portnoy, he lost a bet of $30000 on Cameron Norrie at this year?s US Open. But in return, Portnoy received a tennis racquet from Cameron Norrie as a gift.
