Reunited, and it feels so good!” is likely the emotion going over and over in Alexander Zverev’s heart and mind! Between intense matches and grueling training, he barely had a moment to breathe. As the French Open dust settled, things took a sweeter turn for Sascha when he finally saw a familiar face. Sophia Thomalla, his girlfriend, had been busy with her own projects, unable to cheer him on from the stands. However, the days apart, filled with stolen glances at photos and late-night video calls, are finally over.

Thomalla shared a cute selfie of the couple with the caption, “Reunited,” showing the glow of the duo at being back together. Previously, the German player revealed that he was flying back to Berlin to meet someone special in his life after he lost the title to Carlos Alcaraz.

After that, speculations began, and curiosity about whether Zverev was meeting his mother or his girlfriend increased. This is also because, during Zverev’s Roland Garros run, Thomalla was away in Thailand due to her work commitments.

A familiar face in the stands, Sophia Thomalla, who rose to fame hosting Germany’s “Are You the One?” on MTV, has been cheering Zverev on since they began dating in 2020 (per People magazine). Her dedication is unwavering, as evidenced by her braving the cold and rain with a blanket at the BMW Open in Munich this April.

Prior to their latest meeting in Germany, Sophia Thomalla has shown her incredible support for Alexander Zverev. Not only did she cheer for Zverev while he fought in Paris, but the TV series host also walked with Sascha, navigating his personal challenges.

Sophia Thomalla never misses a chance to support her beau’s achievements

Distance couldn’t dampen the spirit of Alexander Zverev’s biggest supporter. Once again, while the German powerhouse battled his way to a historic French Open final, his girlfriend, Sophia Thomalla, couldn’t be physically there to cheer him on from the stands. But that didn’t stop the actress and model from celebrating his victory over Casper Ruud. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Thomalla erupted with a simple yet powerful message: “OMG!” scrawled across the announcement of Zverev’s advancement.

When Zverev bagged the Italian Open trophy, Thomalla shared a snap of her boyfriend kissing the trophy on her official Instagram story and wrote- “He just knew that I could do more with a cup at home than with a plate.” The German model has also showered love on her star beau in Netflix’s Break Point. In fact, on Women’s Day, Thomalla presented a relationship goal by wishing Zverev, showing that their love is deeper than the sea.
