The 33-year-old actress recently took to her social media to express her delight, as she shared a heartfelt tribute to her partner’s success on the court. Taking note of the same, Roger Federer’s former coach, Severin Lüthi, is all praises for the couple as he penned down a congratulatory message.

On social media, the German actress has never held herself back from showcasing unwavering support and admiration for her tennis star boyfriend. It was quite evident in her previous post, in which she expressed her joy for Alexander Zverev’s semifinal win against the French tennis star, Arthur Fils.

And now that the 26-year-old player has finally clinched the title on his home soil, Sophia Thomalla is quite ecstatic as she shared a touching post for him. On her Instagram account, she posted a picture of herself alongside her boyfriend, who was seen holding his Hamburg European Open trophy. Thomalla also added a caption, “If this goes on like this, we’ll have to stay here all the time now…🏆😂🧸 @alexzverev123 @hamburgopen”

In addition to a slew of fans, Roger Federer’s former coach, Severin Lüthi, also flocked to the comments section to drop his reaction. The Swiss tennis coach commented, “congratulations, very strong  💪 💪 💪 “

Just like Lüthi, there was another prominent figure in the tennis community who recently hailed the German player’s triumph.

Boris Becker is all praises for his young compatriot’s victory in Hamburg

The German ATP star’s recent victory in Hamburg makes him just the second German champion since Michael Stich in 1993. Notably, after witnessing his young compatriot dominate Djere in straight sets (7-5, 6-3), Boris Becker lauded him for prevailing in their home soil.

In his recent Instagram story, he uploaded a picture of Zverev holding his Hamburg Open trophy. The 6-time singles Grand Slam champion added the caption, “Amazing performance on home soil! You should be proud of yourself.”
