Netflix curse alive for Kyrgios
After Break Point aired last year, all players featured in the documentary would go on to lose in the first week of the Australian Open. Fans dubbed it the Netflix curse, and it is still alive for the 2022 Australian Open doubles champ. He first featured in the docuseries in season 1, which was followed by his injuries. Then, a second appearance sealed his fate.
The second season showed the moment Kyrgios before the 2023 Australian Open, where he experienced an injury that forced him out of the 2023 season and the first slam of 2024. His injuries have not come to a rest, and we have no news when Kyrgios will return. What are your assumptions on his comeback?
