The tennis world is buzzing with excitement as the sensational 20 and under event unfolds in Jeddah, showcasing the future stars of the sport. With young talents battling it out on the courts, fans are glued to the action. Everyone’s eager to witness who will rise as the next big name in tennis. But there’s more at stake than just glory and bragging rights. This tournament is proving to be a golden opportunity—not just for the players to showcase their skills but also to cash in on some serious rewards. So, what’s the jackpot awaiting the champion?

The Next Gen ATP finals unfolding in Saudi Arabia has witnessed some remarkable changes as far as the prize pool is concerned. The total prize money involved in the tournament stands at $2,050,000, which is 2.50% more than the last year. Remember, the amount stood at $2,000,000 in 2023 when Hamad Medjedovic of Serbia emerged victorious. The increase clearly signifies that the winner of the tournament will not just return home with a glorious title but also a hefty pay cheque.

If a player remains undefeated till the finals and cliches the title, he shall be bagging a pay cheque of $526,480. But that is not all. The tournament has something in store for almost all the players. For simply qualifying for the tournament, each player will receive a $150,000 participation fee. Besides, with each victory in the round-robin stage $36,600, will be added to their prize bag.

Additionally, winning in the semifinal will help a player in getting $113,500, while the final match is priced at $153,000. But while the pay cheque looks immense, the growth percentage is quite lower than what was witnessed in 2023. For the unversed, the prize pool in 2022 was capped at $1,400,000, which was increased by 42.86% in 2023. Hence, the growth of 2.50% stands very little in comparison.
