“Next Time Smash Him”: MMA Legend Khabib Nurmagomedov Reacts to Novak Djokovic’s Mock Fight

The Australian Open 2021 kicked off on Monday and players had quite some fun before that. Apart from hard training sessions, they also enjoyed their time once the quarantine period got over. A day before the Grand Slam, World No.1 Novak Djokovic put up a mock fight with Jason Stacy, who is Aryna Sabalenka’s trainer.

Novak Djokovic showed some great moves and even tried to lift Sabalenka’s trainer by the waist. After some tries, Djokovic was finally able to lift him and later posed as if he emerged as the winner of the battle.

“Just too strong for Jason,” wrote Djokovic in the Instagram story.

The Serbian legend also tagged MMA legend Khabib Nurmagomedov and asked his opinion on the same.

“Khabib Nurmagomedov, what do you think?” asked the 17-time Grand Slam winner. Surprisingly, Khabib reacted and even reposted Djoker’s story with a hilarious response.

Khabib gave an epic reply to Djokovic’s story. He sarcastically commented that Djoker should not only lift but smash the trainer when he would face him the next time.

“Next time smash him,” replied Khabib.

Djokovic also sensed fun in the argument and reposted Khabib’s story on his Instagram handle again. He laughed at his comment and assured him that he would try the same next time.

“Will try,” responded the Serbian legend.

Novak Djokovic is currently playing at the Australian Open 2021 where he is the top-seeded player. With his current form, Djokovic will surely start as the favorite.
