Reid was hailed by the sporting world for being right behind his team in the grueling season. Recently, American tennis legend, Andy Roddick, also raved about the experienced coach.

In it, the former World Number 1 talked about various subjects, from different happenings in the tennis world to joining the Super Bowl frenzy. Further, he even pointed out Reid’s ‘Corn Dog’ tactic that won him the Super Bowl.

Roddick said, “Andy Reid, like we quickly forget, he was the guy who was the best coach that hadn’t won a Super Bowl yet. Right? The Eagles all day like he had won.”

Further, he went on to add, “And now all of a sudden, three symbols later, one of the best offensive coaches of all time, one of the best coaches of all time, running a simple ad reads grid screen to win the Super Bowl.”

After winning the Super Bowl, Reid broke down the ‘Corn Dog’ tactic that won him the title. He said that it was about keeping two tight ends, with one running back. It gave a little Corn Dog with some mustard and ketchup. Further, Reid’s coaching and team management even won plaudits from Tom Brady.

What did Tom Brady say about Reid?

In another podcast, ‘Let’s Go’, Brady praised Reid’s handling of Travis Kelce’s angry outburst. The latter lost his composure but was handled well by his coach.

Talking about it, Brady said, “I think Coach Reid handled it just awesome like he always doesIt speaks of the self-confidence that Coach Reid has in himself too. Because he doesn’t take that personally at all. He doesn’t look at that and feel like someone offended him. He takes it for what it is and doesn’t make it more than what it is.”
