The friendship of Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis has been on a high since their title win at the 2022 Australian Open. The two wrote their name in the history books by becoming the first all Australian pair since 1997 to win the Men’s doubles title. Post the win, the two players are regularly spotted together in off-court activities. Coming to activities, a question that arises is, what is their latest activity?

The two are currently playing at the Miami Open. On the singles front, both the players suffered a fourth-round loss. While Kyrgios lost to Jannik Sinner, Thanasi was outplayed by Alexander Zverev.

Even though the two have lost the singles battle, that hasn’t been the case on the doubles front. In the doubles draw, the pair is in the semifinals and is set to play Hubert Hurkacz and John Isner.

And the champion belt goes to…

Recently, Kyrgios took to his Instagram, uploading a post. The post was a reel featuring Kyrgios and Kokkinakis. In the reel, the two players posed on white stools at an eatery. On one hand, where Kyrgios wore a green sweatshirt and a blue lower, Kokkinakis opted for a white sleeveless T-Shirt along with blue shorts.

However, what caught everyone’s attention was their customized WWE Belt. The Belt was named ‘The Special K.S.’ Posing with the belt, Kyrgios ended the reel with a tongue wag. He captioned the post, “WWE Custom Belts. We are changing the game.”

The pair of Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis

Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis first played doubles in 2014 at the Australian Open. The two suffered a first-round loss to the pair of Rohan Bopanna and Rajeev Ram. Being on a break for complete one year, the two reunited for the 2015 Australian Open, again suffering a first-round loss.

After suffering two consecutive first round losses, the two opted to take a break and try other partners. After playing with a number of different partners, the two reunited in 2018 at the Atlanta Open. However, reuniting after 3 years, the two struggled to have the team understanding, again suffering a first-round loss. The two once again tried their luck in 2019 at a challenger event, reaching the quarterfinals.
