The caption in no time raised everyone’s eyebrows, driving their brain in the direction of speculations. The caption of the story read, “Best Birthday Ever.” It was coupled with an engagement ring emoji and a heart emoji.

The current World No. 77 captioned the story, “My Babe.” He coupled the story with yet another engagement ring and a lock.
